Golden Triangle Business Roundtable held its first monthly meeting for the year on January 19, 2021 at the LIT Multipurpose Building Beaumont, Texas. Our guest speaker was Natalie Thompson, ExxonMobil Beaumont Refinery Mechanical Manager and GTBR Chair. Natalie’s topic was “Building the Workforce Pipeline” with GTBR’s mission refocusing on addressing the issues regarding a deficit in a skilled and sustainable workforce in Southeast Texas.
Natalie, who has served as the GTBR Chair for 3 years, will be transitioning to a new position within the ExxonMobil Corporation. GTBR very much appreciates Natalie’s service and wish her the best.
GTBR is also looking forward to working with Dan Misko who will be her replacement within ExxonMobil and GTBR.
