GTBR held it’s last monthly meeting for 2019 on November 19, 2019 at Benton’s. Our guest speaker was Payton Keith with Harris, Deville, & Associates. The topic was:
“Industries of Southeast Texas”. Payton spoke about environmental issues related to the Petrochemical Industry of Southeast Texas and providing public awareness regarding emergency
response issues.
Also in attendance was Vernetta Spivey with the US Census Bureau, Dallas Regional Census, who gave a brief presentation on the upcoming Census2020 program and it’s imperativeness
that will be initiated in early 2020. GTBR appreciates both of our guest speakers sharing at our November meeting.
