GTBR held it’s September Monthly Meeting at Benton’s on September 17, 2019. Guest Speaker was Scott Whalen, Director of Vehicle Traffic Services (VTS) – Port Arthur United States Coast Guard. Program Topic was Sabine Neches Waterway; Safety, Security, and Economic Growth. GTBR appreciates Mr. Whalen speaking at our monthly meeting on such a timely and important topic.
